Daniel J. Flynn is an experienced and responsive attorney. Dan has practiced law for more than 30 years. He started as a bankruptcy attorney in downtown Chicago and as he gained experience, his practice broadened. Dan worked for more than 10 years in the litigation department of a 25 attorney AV rated Commercial Collection/Litigation firm in Milwaukee before moving with his family to Colorado in 2005.
After moving to Colorado, Dan worked several years for a small 30 year old general practice firm in old downtown Louisville before starting his own practice in January, 2014.
Dan’s office is conveniently located on Main Street in downtown Louisville. Dan continues to focus his practice in civil and commercial litigation, wills and estate planning, real estate and contract law.
Dan believes that it is important to give back to the community and is active as a volunteer. He is currently on the board of directors for both the Louisville Chamber of Commerce and the Centennial Valley Tennis Association. Dan also volunteers regularly at free legal clinics through the Boulder Bar Association.
