Without knowing much at all about trusts and wills, we were recommended to Daniel j Flynn, Esq by our insurance agent of long-standing who had this attorney prepare wills for he and his wife just one year ago. We were most pleased with every aspect of Dan’s service: his knowledgeable and simple approach to our specific needs, his efficiency from start to finish, his patience in spending time in answering all of our questions, and all this in his uprightness in holding to a reasonable fixed rate. I worked with Mr. Flynn exclusively via phone and e-mail as I currently live out of state and needed an attorney to handle a case in the state of CO. I was extremely pleased with his consistent communication on the process and status of my case. He was able to enforce my out of state judgement quickly and collect all monies due to me in full. Daniel has deftly handled our legal concerns with honesty, kindness, efficiency, knowledge, clarity and tact for the past 5 years.
